a) Who processes your personal data?
BPCE Equipment Solutions Italia S.p.A., with registered office in Milan – Via Gattamelata, 34, entry in the Register of Companies of Milano under No. 1946531, Tax Code and VAT No. 07246930965 (the “Company”) is the company, which, as Data Controller, collect and processes your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (the “Regulation”) and provides you with the following information.
b) Why do we process your data?
The data you provide by filling in the “Contract” form on the BPCE Equipment Solutions Italia S.p.A. website are required in order for us to respond to your request for information and, if the case may be, contact you.
c) Is your consent necessary?
Your consent is not necessary for us to be able to manage your information request pursuant to art. 6, lett. b) of the Regulation.
d) Is the requested data necessary?
We ask you to provide all the data requested as “mandatory” (*) because they are necessary for your request to be sent and enables us to handle it better. The failure to fill in data indicated as “optional” does not have any repercussions.
b) How do we process your data?
Your data will for the most part be processed using IT tools in order to manage your request and, if necessary, to get back in touch with you.
The data shall always be processed in compliance with current regulations and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee their security and confidentiality and avoid their unauthorised dissemination or use, alteration or destruction.
f) How long do we keep your data?
Your data will be processed for the time required to handle your request correctly and shall be kept on file in order to help us improve our service; in particular the data shall be kept for a maximum of 24 months and shall subsequently be erased or retained in an anonymous or aggregate form.
g) Who are the recipients of your data?
Your data will not be disseminated and shall only become known to persons authorised to the processing in the Company’s Department interested in your request, so that they may handle your request. They may also be passed on to the company responsible for the management of our website and our computer archives, who shall act as an external data processor.
The names of all external data processors may be requested by sending a communication to the contact details provided below.
h) What are your rights?
By sending a communication to contact-equipmentsolutions@groupebpce.com you can at any time exercise the rights of articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, including obtaining access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate personal data or deletion or restriction thereof, requesting to receive your data or transmit it to another data controller, in a structured, commonly used format that can be read by automatic device.
k) Who can be contacted to lodge a complaint?
Should you consider the processing of your data infringes the Regulation, you may in any event lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or, if different, to the Data Protection Authority of the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation recognise specific rights including:
- Obtaining confirmation that processing of personal data is or is not in progress
- Obtaining access to personal data and information indicated in Art. 15 of the Regulation
- Correcting personal data, if inaccurate, without unjustified delay or the integration of incomplete personal data
- Deleting personal data without undue delay
- Restricting the processing of your personal data
- Being informed of any correction, deletion or restriction of the processing performed in relation to personal data
- Receiving personal data in a structured, commonly used form that can be read by an automatic device
- Opposing the processing of personal data, at any time, for reasons connected to your particular situation In particular, it is understood that you may withdraw the consent to any processing provided and to oppose our analysis activities at any time.
Furthermore, pursuant to art. 21 of the Regulation, you have the right to oppose the processing of any personal data that concerns you, at any time, for reasons connected to your own particular situation, that are carried out while pursuing the legitimate interests of the data controller pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. f) of the Regulation.

Mandatory periodic updating of data in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations 231/2007 as amended.
BPCE Equipment Solution Italia periodically contacts its customers in order to request an update of their data in compliance with current legislation on anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (Legislative Decree 231/2007 as amended and supplemented). These requests are part of customer due diligence obligations and are aimed at ensuring that the data recorded are correct and up-to-date. We therefore invite clients to cooperate by promptly providing the requested information when contacted.
How is this activity carried out?
We send our customers a specific request via PEC through the following PEC address bpce-es.amministrazione@legalmail.it .
The client will be asked to fill out the attached form with data referring to their company and beneficial owners/legal representatives. This form, once completed, must be signed by the legal representative of the company and sent to the requesting PEC address.What documents are required for completion?
It is necessary to have a copy of your company’s Chamber of Commerce certificate and copies of the identity document(s) of the beneficial owner(s) and the signatory of the lease agreement. Copies of these identification documents will need to be submitted in addition to completing the forms.
How soon should the documentation be sent?
Since this is a legal requirement, it is necessary to send the required documentation as soon as possible.
Complaints and ADR – Alternative Dispute Resolutions

In the event of a dispute between the customer and BPCE Equipment Solutions Italia S.p.A. regarding products and/or services provided, the Customer may submit a complaint by ordinary letter, registered letter, certified email (PEC), or ordinary email addressed to:

BPCE Equipment Solutions Italia S.p.A. will deal with the complaint without delay.
The maximum response times, as required by current legislation, vary depending on the subject of the complaint:
– within 30 days of receipt, if the complaint relates to banking and financial services;
– within 45 days of receipt, if the complaint relates to insurance products.

Banking and financial products and services
If the Customer is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint or has not received a response within the specified time frame, they may contact the Arbitro Bancario Finanziario – “ABF” (Banking and Financial Ombudsman), in accordance with the procedures described in the “Guida pratica all’Arbitro per le Controversie Finanziarie” (Practical Guide to the Financial Disputes Ombudsman) available at www.arbitrobancariofinanziario.it.
Insurance products
As of 15 January 2026, the Arbitro Assicurativo – “AAS” (Insurance Arbitrator) will be operational, established by Decree No. 215 of 6 November 2024 of the italian Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy.
Customers may appeal to the Insurance Arbitrator Arbitro Assicurativo in accordance with the cases, procedures and deadlines indicated on the official AAS website, accessible at the following link

Appeals may be submitted directly through the Insurance Arbitrator Arbitro Assicurativo’s online portal, subject to verification of eligibility requirements.
Other means of customer protection
The Customer retains the right to use other out-of-court dispute resolution systems (ADR) provided for by law, as well as to resort to the Judicial Authority.
