Complaints channel

The right to report is guaranteed to all employees, clients, partners, suppliers (or subcontractors), and service providers of any kind. The possibility of making an anonymous report is a principle guaranteed by our Code of Conduct.

Cases will be assessed by the Compliance Department, which will conduct investigations confidentially in accordance with the requirements of the investigation.

We emphasize that this channel should be used to report misconduct by our employees, clients, partners, and suppliers, or for cases where it is identified that the structure of BPCE ES Brazil is being used to conduct illegal activities.

This is a right that must be exercised responsibly, non-defamatorily, and non-abusively. Even if not proven to be true, BPCE ES Brazil guarantees that in cases of reports made in good faith, reporters will not suffer retaliation, discriminatory measures, or sanctions.

To benefit from the protection status, the reporter must:

  • Be an individual,
  • Act impartially,
  • Act in good faith,
  • Provide facts of the occurrence clearly and in detail.
