Renting

Non-financial lease, by which the Lessor (us) transfers to the other party, Lessee (Client) the right to use a good and/or services previously chosen and negotiated by the client, for an agreed period of time, in exchange for some fixed instalment.

At the end of the contract, the client would choose between returning the asset or extending the term of the contract.

Leasing

It is a financial lease where the Lessor (us) buys to the Supplier the equipment that the Lessee (Client) has chosen and negotiated its price, giving him the use and enjoyment of the equipment for a determined period of time, in exchange for a fixed instalment.

At the end of the contract, the lessee would have the option to purchase, return the equipment or renew the contract.

Loans

We also offer loans to our clients, being the most traditional form of financing. In most cases our loans are linked to the assets sell by our Vendors or collaborators with whom we have agreements.

Assignment of receivables

The assignment of future credit rights linked to a supply, rental and/or services contract is a simple way of financing by which the manufacturer or Vendor can anticipate the collection of the full amount of the entire contract while transferring the insolvency risk to us.
