Data Protection Officer (DPO)

BPCE ES Brasil has appointed Ms. Sueli Dantas dos Santos as the Company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) for a term of 3 years (ending in 2026).

For all regulatory purposes, the DPO has the competencies, duties, and responsibilities of the Person in Charge, as defined by the LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018.

For any initiation of a relationship with BPCE ES Brasil, in compliance with the resolutions of the Central Bank of Brazil, we need to receive the Registration Form provided at the link below, duly signed by your legal representatives.
