BPCE Equipment Solutions Schweiz AG is committed to carefully reviewing each claim and confirming receipt of the claim to the client within ten working days, as well as providing feedback on the claim within a maximum of two months. If the processing of the claim takes longer, the client will be informed of the status of the processing and the expected processing time.
